The phenomenally succesful Dirty Deeds CX series continues in Melbourne. Round Two, a Rapha Supercross event, the first ever in Australia takes place on Sunday August 26th.
The prologue back in June saw 500 people crowd around the Brunswick velodrome for an evening of short intense racing, hijinks and good times. Round One, as part of the Nationals series also did not disapoint and Round Two is promising to be even bigger and better! We've handed out prizes of a Treadlie subscription at each event for the most inspired fancy dress and are looking forward to bigger and better efforts this time around!
Round Two is back at Dirty Deed's spiritual home, the Brunswick Velodrome
As usual we'll be there with our cargo bike (kindly provided by the fabulous psbikes ) and of course lots of Treadlies. The latest issue has a story on cyclocross and we'll also be bringing along some back-issues, especially Issue #3 which featured a DIY Cyclocross article written by the guys at Commuter Cycles.
We will also have lots of Emma and Tom's life bars to give away for those needing a bit more fuel!
Here at Treadlie cyclocross has always been about the fancy dress. So once again there will be a Treadlie subscription up for grabs for the most inspiring fancy dress on the day!
You can check all of the details on the Dirty Deeds blog, especially those about registration closer to the day. As usual there'll be racing, food, music, mud and this time, a bit more epic.
